Weather: The average temperature in Lisbon in July is typically:

Lisbon is usually hot, dry, and sunny in July, with very little rainfall and long daylight hours. Sea breezes from the Atlantic can make it feel cooler, especially near the coast.
Tipping: Service is included in the bill in restaurants, though it is customary to leave an additional tip of about 5% of the total.
